Build a transparent cutting quote
Estimate laser cutting time, machine cost, labour, production cost and a selling price at your target gross margin.
Method
Machine time = cut length ÷ speed + piercing + setup. Production cost combines machine, labour and material; quote = cost ÷ (1 − margin).
A 2,000 mm path at 1,000 mm/min takes 2 cutting minutes before pierces and setup are added.

Nesting yield, gas, consumables, minimum charges, programming, deburring, tax and delivery must be included in your input rates or added separately.
