How this tool works
Cycle = cutting length ÷ feed rate + rapid time + tool-change time. Batch = setup + cycle × quantity.
Worked example
1,000 mm at 500 mm/min takes 2 cutting minutes before rapids and tool changes.
Estimate batch time
Estimate machining cycle and total batch time from cutting length, feed, rapids, tool changes and setup.

Use responsibly
Acceleration, spindle ramp, probing, dwell, chip clearing and operator delays are not modelled unless included in overhead inputs.
