Find the chargeable shipment weight
Compare a parcel’s volumetric weight with its actual weight using the carrier divisor you choose.
Method
Volumetric weight = length × width × height ÷ divisor. Chargeable weight is the greater of volumetric and actual weight.
A 50 × 40 × 30 cm parcel with divisor 5,000 has a volumetric weight of 12 kg, even when its actual weight is 5 kg.
