Plan a practical case-per-layer pattern
Estimate cases per layer and per pallet using pallet dimensions, case size, loaded-height and weight limits, with an illustrated mixed-orientation pattern.
Method
The layout compares horizontal and vertical strip patterns using 90° case rotation. Total cases are then capped by full layer height and maximum pallet load.
A 1200 × 800 mm pallet can fit six 500 × 300 mm cases per layer in a mixed strip pattern before height and weight limits are applied.

This is a rectangular strip-layout estimate, not a certified global optimum or stability analysis. It does not assess overhang, compression, centre of gravity, interlocking, wrapping, pallet rating or transport rules.
